We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and the Documents of the Arab Postal Union approved by the Fourteenth Executive Council of the Arab Postal Union held in Dubai in 1986, by authorisation of the Twelfth Congress of the said Union held in Damascus in 1985,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The documents of the Arab Postal Union, as approved by the Fourteenth Executive Council of the Union held in Dubai in 1986, are hereby ratified in regard to the following matters:
1. The Financial Constitution of the Arab Postal Union.
2. The Internal Regulation of the Secretariat General of the Arab Postal Union.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
