Royal Decree 10/89 Appointing Members to the Board of Directors of Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as Representatives of the Share of the Government

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

the Commercial Companies Law 4/74 and its amendments,

and Royal Decree 80/86 Appointing a Member to the Board of Directors of Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as Representative of the Share of the Government,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The following are hereby appointed members of the Board of Directors of the mentioned Gulf Hotels Company (Oman) Limited as representatives of the share of the government:

1. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

2. Director General of Planning at the Ministry of Finance and Economy.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
