We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 8/80 Issuing the Civil Service Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ali bin Mohammed Al-Jarwani is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Water Resources.
Article II
Sayyid Mahmoud bin Hamoud bin Nasr Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed in the Ministry of Water with his same grade and allocations.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
