Royal Decree 104/2000 Amending Some Provisions of the System of Majlis Al-Dawla and Majlis Al-Shura issued by Royal Decree 86/97

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the System of Majlis Al-Dawla and Majlis Al-Shura issued by Royal Decree 86/97 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments are hereby made to the mentioned System of Majlis Al-Dawla and Majlis Al-Shura.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
