Royal Decree 37/2003 Determining the Mandates of the Office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar and Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Office

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State issued by Royal Decree 26/75 and its amendments,

Royal Decree 71/90 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar,

and Royal Decree 16/2003 Adopting the Organisational Structure of Dhofar Municipality,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mandates of the Office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar are hereby determined in accordance with the attached annex 1, and the organisational structure of the office is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex 2.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
