We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and Royal Decree 87/84 Issuing the Social Security Law and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The attached Schedule of Monthly Pension Categories hereby replaces the schedule attached to the mentioned Social Security Law.
Article II
The Council of Ministers is hereby authorised to amend the Schedule of Monthly Pension Categories attached to the mentioned law if the need arises, and the amendment comes into force after its approval by Us.
Article III
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 1 July 2005.
