Royal Decree 136/2008 Ratifying the Agreement on the Rules of Origin of the Trade Preferential System among the Member States of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement on the Rules of Origin of the Trade Preferential System among the Member States of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned Agreement on the Rules of Origin of the Trade Preferential System among the Member States of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference is hereby ratified.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of ratification of the agreement in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
