We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Omani Nationality Law promulgated by Royal Decree 38/2014,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The following are hereby authorised to dually hold Omani nationality and Emirati nationality:
– Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Malik.
– Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Malik.
– Shamma bint Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Malik.
– Hessa bint Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Malik.
– Fatima bint Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Malik.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
