Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources: Ministerial Decision 95/2023 Suspending the Acceptance of the Applications Stipulated in the Regulation Governing Agricultural Land Use

Based on Royal Decree 92/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and the Regulation Governing Agricultural Land Use issued by Ministerial Decision 84/2020,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The acceptance of the applications stipulated in the aforementioned Regulation Governing Agricultural Land Use is hereby suspended.

Article II

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
