Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs: Ministerial Decision 65/2025 Regarding the Work System of the Committee for the Affairs of Advocates and Legal Consultants

Based on the Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Law issued by Royal Decree 41/2024,

and Ministerial Decision 60/99 Forming the Advocates Admission Committee and Governing Its Records and Procedures,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The provisions of the attached Work System of the Advocates and Legal Consultants Affairs Committee hereby apply.

Article II

The mentioned Ministerial Decision 60/99 is hereby repealed, as well as all that is contrary to the attached system or in conflict with its provisions.

Article III

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
