Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs: Ministerial Decision 208/2025 Making Some Amendments to the Executive Regulation of the Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Law

Based on the Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Law issued by Royal Decree 41/2024,

and the Executive Regulation of the Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Law issued by Ministerial Decision 66/2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The attached amendments are hereby made to the mentioned Executive Regulation of the Advocacy and Legal Consultancy Law.

Article II

The owners of existing advocacy offices or legal consultancy offices shall rectify their status in accordance with the provisions of this decision within a period not exceeding 1 (one) year from the date of its entry into force.

Article III

All that is contrary to the attached amendments, or in conflict with their provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article IV

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
