Royal Decree 34/2026 Ratifying the Cooperation Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye in the Fields of Health and Medical Sciences

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Cooperation Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye in the Fields of Health and Medical Sciences signed in the city of Ankara on 28 November 2024,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
