We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Law of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps issued by Royal Decree 22/2025,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Talal bin Sulaiman bin Habib Al-Rahbi, Our ambassador to the United States of America, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the United Mexican States, Canada, the Republic of Cuba, and the Dominican Republic.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
