Royal Decree 46/2011 Amending Some Provisions of Royal Decree 81/2007 and the Law Attached to It

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

Royal Decree 112/2004 Establishing a Ministry for Sports Affairs and Determining Its Competences,

and Royal Decree 81/2007 Promulgating the Law on Private Entities Working in the Field of Sports,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments are hereby made to the mentioned Royal Decree 81/2007 and the law attached to it.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
