Categories Royal Decree Royal Decree 27/2017 Appointing Judges to the Supreme Court 2017/27 27/2017 Post author By admin Post date June 21, 2017 Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, and the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree 90/99, and in pursuance of public interest, have decreed as follows Article I Those named in the attached list are hereby appointed judges to the Supreme Court. Article II This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
