We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Our Decree 47/78 dated 24 June 1978 regarding a list of those granted Omani nationality pursuant to article 2 of the Nationality Law 1 of 1972 dated 1 January 1972,
and in view of the errors in the names of those on that list, which must be corrected,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The list of those granted Omani nationality mentioned in article 1 of Our mentioned Decree 47/78 is hereby corrected to read as follows:

Article 2
Our mentioned Decree 47/78 is hereby repealed to the extent that it contradicts with this decree.
Article 3
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its publication.
