We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
Law 4/75 Reorganising the Capital Municipality,
and the Bilateral Cooperation Protocol Between the Municipality of the Capital Muscat and the Secretariat of the Capital Amman – the Capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Chairman of the Municipality of the Capital is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Bilateral Cooperation Protocol between the Municipality of the Capital Muscat and the Secretariat of the Capital Amman, the Capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
