Royal Decree 81/77 Transferring the Services of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Land Affairs and Municipalities to the Ministry of Justice and Appointing Him as Its Undersecretary(Repealed)

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,

and the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 27/75,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The services of Sheikh Hilal bin Sultan bin Saif Al-Hosni, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Land Affairs and Municipalities, are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Justice.

Article 2

The mentioned is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice.

Article 3

Those concerned shall implement this decree, each within his mandate, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
