We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and Royal Decree 13/76 amending it,

after perusal of the Florence Agreement on the Importation of Educational, Scientific and Cultural Materials signed in New York on 22 November 1950,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

We hereby declare the accession of the Government of the Sultanate of Oman to the Florence Agreement on the Importation of Educational, Scientific and Cultural Materials.

Article 2

The competent entities shall implement this decree, each within its mandate, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
