We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
based on the matters presented to Us by the Minister of Transport,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Sayyid Salim bin Nasser Al-Busaidi is hereby appointed Undersecretary for Civil Aviation Affairs in the Ministry of Transport.
Article 2
Ambassador Salim Ahmed Khalfan Al-Barami is hereby transferred from the Foreign Ministry, and appointed Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Ministry of Transport.
Article 3
Those concerned shall implement this decree from the date of its issuance, and it must be published in the Official Gazette.
