Royal Decree 19/84 Delegating in the Signing of the Cultural, Educational, and Technical Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,

and the draft Cultural, Educational, and Technical Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Education and Youth Affairs is hereby authorised to sign the mentioned Cultural, Educational, and Technical Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force from the date of its issuance.
