The services of Sheikh Abdullah Salim Al-Zidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, are hereby transferred to the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs to be its Undersecretary.

Counsellor Ahmed Yousuf Obaid Al-Harthi is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Sultanate to the State of Kuwait.

Article 2

Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force on the date of its issuance and must be published in the Official Gazette.
