We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the General Statute of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Oman dated 15 May 1973, and in particular article 29 of it,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The following members are hereby admitted to the Board of Directors of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry:

1. Sulaiman Ahmed Al-Hawqani

2. Aflah Hamad Salim Al-Rawahi

3. Said Ali Saif Al-Kalbani

The mentioned Air Transport Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Thailand signed on 5 June 1979 is hereby ratified.

Article 1

Hilal bin Saud bin Harib, Advisor for Tribal Affairs at the Ministry of Diwan of Royal Court Affairs, is hereby transferred to the Southern Region and appointed as Wali over it.

Article 2

All relevant entities shall implement this decree, each within its mandates.

Article 3

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of article 14 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

Ambassador Abdullah Ahmed Al-Ghazali is hereby transferred from the headquarters of the Foreign Ministry and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Sultanate to the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Article 2

Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force on the date of its issuance and must be published in the Official Gazette.
