We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of article 64 of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps Law 50/74 issued on 7 December 1974,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
Counsellor Ibrahim Hamoud Al-Subhi is hereby granted the title of ambassador, and appointed an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Sultanate to the People’s Republic of China.
Article 2
Those concerned shall implement this decree, and it comes into force from the date of its issuance and must be published in the Official Gazette.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of Royal Decree 26/75 Issuing the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article 1
The Minister of Education is hereby authorised to sign the Cultural Cooperation Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Democratic Republic of Sudan.
Article 2
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
