We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State 26/75 and its amendments,

and the draft Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Belgium for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The Minister of Transportation is hereby authorised to sign on Our behalf the mentioned draft Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Belgium for Air Services Between and Beyond Their Respective Territories.

Article 2

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of Our Decree 47/78 dated 24 June 1978 regarding a list of those granted Omani nationality pursuant to article 2 of the Nationality Law 1 of 1972 dated 1 January 1972, and in view of the errors in the names of those on that list, which must be corrected,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The list of those granted Omani nationality mentioned in article 1 of Our mentioned Decree 47/78 is hereby corrected to read as follows:

and in view of the distortion of the name mentioned under serial number 53 of that decree, which must be corrected,

have decreed as follows

Article 1

The name of the person granted Omani nationality mentioned under serial number 53 of article 1 of Our mentioned Decree 2/78 is hereby corrected to read as follows:
