We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Law of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps issued by Royal Decree 22/2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Nasser bin Sulaiman bin Hamad Al-Harthy is hereby appointed to the position of ambassador in the Foreign Ministry and granted the special grade.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Arabic We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, the Oil and Gas Law issued by Royal Decree 8/2011, Royal Decree 37/2020 Approving the Petroleum Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and each of Mazoon Petrogas (BVI) Limited and Mazoon Petroleum and Gas SAOC for Block 5, and Agreement No 1 to the Petroleum Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and each of Mazoon Petrogas (BVI) Limited and Mazoon Petroleum and Gas SAOC for Block 5 signed on 17 November 2025, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Agreement No 1 attached to the mentioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.

Article II
