Supreme Judicial Council: Decision 55/2025 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Supreme Judicial Council

Based on the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020,

Royal Decree 35/2022 regarding the Governance of the Administration of Judicial Affairs,

and Chairman of the Private Office Letter PO/52/2025 dated 26 Rajab 1446, corresponding to 26 January 2025, by virtue of which the royal approval of the organisational structure has been conveyed,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

The organisational structure of the Supreme Judicial Council is hereby adopted in accordance with the attached annex.

Article II

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Mongolia on the Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic, Official, Special, and Service Passports signed in the city of Muscat on 9 December 2024,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 18/2025 Establishing the Rising Companies Market

Arabic We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, the Commercial Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree 18/2019, the System of the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 75/2020, Royal Decree 5/2021 Transforming Muscat Securities Market into a Closed Omani Joint Stock Company Named Muscat Stock Exchange SAOC, the Securities Law promulgated by Royal Decree 46/2022, and Royal Decree 20/2024 Establishing the Financial Services Authority and Issuing Its System, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

A sub-market is hereby established in the Muscat Stock Exchange SAOC named the “Rising Companies Market”.

Article II

The Financial Services Authority shall supervise and control companies listed on the Rising Companies Market.

Article III

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Authority shall issue the regulations and decisions necessary to implement the provisions of this decree, as well as the incentives and facilities granted to companies listed on the Rising Companies Market, in coordination with the relevant entities.

Article IV

have decreed as follows
