We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

In pursuance of public interest, and after Our approval of what was presented by the Deputy Head of the Financial Affairs Council,

hereby decide as follows

Article 1

We hereby authorise the following to sign foreign financial transactions:

(a) The Deputy Head of the Financial Affairs Council.

(b) The Economic Advisor.

Article 2

We hereby authorise the following to sign domestic financial transactions:

(a) The Deputy Head of the Financial Affairs Council.

(b) The Assistant Undersecretary of the Directorate of Finance.

Article 3

All previous decrees or decisions that are in conflict with this decree are hereby repealed.

Article 4

All ministries and government departments shall implement this decree, and it comes into force on its date.

Article 5

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette.
