Royal Decree 101/2025 Ratifying the Exploration and Mining Concession Agreement Between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Gulf Mineral Materials LLC for Block 11-C

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Mineral Resources Law issued by Royal Decree 19/2019,

and the Exploration and Mining Concession Agreement Between the Sultanate of Oman and Gulf Minerals Company LLC for Block 11-C signed on 12 August 2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned exploration and mining concession agreement is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs: Ministerial Decision 199/2025 Conferring Judicial Enforcement Status to Some Employees of the Governorate of Buraimi

Based on the Criminal Procedures Law issued by Royal Decree 97/99,

the Land Law issued by Royal Decree 5/80,

the Food Safety Law issued by Royal Decree 84/2008,

the Penal Law issued by Royal Decree 7/2018,

and the System of Governorates issued by Royal Decree 36/2022,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided

Article I

Those occupying the positions provided in the attached schedule in the Governorate of Buraimi are hereby conferred—each within the scope of their mandate—judicial enforcement status in the application of the provisions of the mentioned Land Law and Food Safety Law, the regulations and decisions issued in the implementation of their provisions, and article 168bis of the Penal Law.

Article II

This decision must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
