Royal Decree 23/2022 Amending Some Provisions of the Law of the Administrative Court

Arabic

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Law of the Administrative Court promulgated by Royal Decree 91/99,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments to the aforementioned Law of the Administrative Court shall be implemented.

Article II

All that is contrary to this decree and the attached amendments, or in conflict with their provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

Royal Decree 22/2022 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Amendment to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Royal Decree 33/2003 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material,

and the decision of the states parties to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material at the diplomatic conference held during the period 4-8 July 2005 to amend the convention,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Amendment to the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material is hereby approved in the form attached.

Article II

Competent bodies shall deposit the instrument of accession for the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh on the Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic, Special, Service, and Official Passports signed in the city of Dhaka on 24 March 2022,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Article I

The membership of the members of the Oman Human Rights Committee is hereby extended until 31 December 2023.

Article II

Mohammed bin Said bin Mohammed Al-Balushi is hereby appointed as Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information with his same grade and financial entitlements.

Article II
