and the collection of documents by which Eni Oman BV assigned part of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 14 November 2017 for Block 52 to Qatar International Petroleum Company for Exploration and Production, which accepts this assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The assignment by Eni Oman BV of part of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 14 November 2017 for Block 52 to Qatar International Petroleum Company for Exploration and Production is hereby approved. The final shares of the parties to the agreement shall be as follows:

55% for Eni Oman BV

30% for Qatar International Petroleum Company for Exploration and Production

15% for Oman Oil Company Exploration and Production LLC

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Romania on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic, Special, and Service Passports, signed in the city of Muscat on 5 November 2018,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II
