We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of Romania on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic, Special, and Service Passports, signed in the city of Muscat on 5 November 2018,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Issued on: 10 Jumada Al-Awwal 1440 Corresponding to: 17 January 2019

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income, signed in the city of Colombo on 4 Dhu Al-Hijja 1439 corresponding to 15 August 2018,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the International Convention on the Control of Harmful Anti-Fouling Systems on Ships 2001 is hereby approved in the form attached.
