We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011,

and the Petroleum Agreement Signed between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Eni Oman BV, and Oman Oil Company Exploration & Production LLC for Block 52 on 14 November 2017,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
