We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Zahir Al-Hinai, Our ambassador to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Latvia.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 30/2012 Establishing the Supreme Council for Planning and Issuing Its System,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Organisational Structure of the Secretariat General of the Supreme Council for Planning is hereby adopted in the manner provided in the attached annex.

Article II

All that is contrary to the provisions of this decree, or in conflict with its provisions, is hereby repealed.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
