Royal Decree 9/2015 Granting Omani Nationality

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Omani Nationality Law promulgated by Royal Decree 38/2014,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby granted to those named in the attached list.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 8/2015 Authorising the Duality of Omani Nationality and British Nationality

Arabic We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96, and the Omani Nationality Law promulgated by Royal Decree 38/2014, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Helen Margaret Bradford is hereby authorised to dually hold Omani nationality and British nationality.

Article II

This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and comes into force on the date of its issuance. Issued on: 17 Jumada Al-Awwal 1436 Corresponding to: 8 March 2015

and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Republic of Korea on the Mutual Waiver of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic, Official, Special and Service Passports signed in the city of Seoul on 24 December 2014,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The mentioned agreement is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
