We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Military Judiciary Law promulgated by Royal Decree 110/2011,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments to the aforementioned Military Judiciary Law are hereby implemented.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of entry into force of the provisions of the aforementioned Military Judiciary Law.
