We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Dr Khalid bin Said bin Salim Al-Jaradi, Our ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the:– The Republic of Chile.
– The Republic of Peru.
Article II

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011,
and the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Total Exploration and Production Oman Petroleum BV for Block 41 signed on 12 December 2013,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.
Article II
This decree shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
