We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the United Nations Convention against Corruption,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the United Nations Convention against Corruption is hereby approved in the form attached and with the attached reservation.

Article II

Competent entities shall undertake the procedures for accession to the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions, subject to the attached reservation.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and Royal Decree 108/2010 Establishing the Public Authority for Radio and Television and Issuing Its System,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The attached amendments are hereby implemented to the System of the Public Authority for Radio and Television.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.
