We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011,

and the Petroleum Agreement for Block 66 signed on 9 September 2012 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and MOL Oman Ltd,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sheikh Said bin Ali bin Nafal Al-Misahli is hereby appointed an advisor in the Office of the Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar with his same grade and financial entitlements.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
