We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Memorandum of Understanding on Strategic Dialogue Between the Member States of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan signed in Abu Dhabi on 3 Rabi Al-Akhir 1432, corresponding to 8 March 2011,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned memorandum of understanding is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 26/75,

Royal Decree 47/92 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health,

and Royal Decree 38/2002 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Health,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The level of the “Directorate of Private Health Establishments” in the Ministry of Health is hereby raised to a directorate general subordinate to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Health Affairs named “The Directorate General of Private Health Establishments”.
