We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 26/75,
Royal Decree 47/92 Adopting the Organisational Structure of the Ministry of Health,
and Royal Decree 38/2002 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Health,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The level of the “Directorate of Private Health Establishments” in the Ministry of Health is hereby raised to a directorate general subordinate to the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Health Affairs named “The Directorate General of Private Health Establishments”.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The special grade is hereby granted to:
– Sayyid Hilal bin Musallam bin Ali Al-Busaidi, Advisor in the Office of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
– Abdullah bin Salim bin Mubarak Al-Mukhaini, Secretary of the Land Registry at the Ministry of Housing.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

His Highness Sayyid Talut bin Said bin Mohammed Al-Said is hereby appointed an Advisor in the Diwan of the Royal Court with the special grade.
