Arabic We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree 90/99, Royal Decree 117/2010 Establishing Courts of Appeal, and Royal Decree 35/2022 regarding the Governance of the Administration of Judicial Affairs, and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Court of Appeal in the Wilayat of Mudhaibi stipulated in article I of the aforementioned Royal Decree 117/2010 is hereby abolished.

Article II

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Saleh bin Yahya bin Masood Al-Maskari is hereby transferred from the Ministry of Defence to the Foreign Ministry with his same financial allocations and employment privileges.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Arabic We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State, the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011, Royal Decree 48/2019 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Occidental Oman Block 65 LLC, and Oman Oil Company for Exploration and Production LLC for Block 65, and the collection of documents nominating 30% of the participation share that the government has the right to nominate in the petroleum agreement signed on 16 December 2018 for Concession Block 65 to OQ Exploration and Production LLC (formerly Oman Oil Company for Exploration and Production LLC), and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The nomination of 30% of the participation share that the government has the right to nominate in the petroleum agreement signed on 16 December 2018 for Block 65 to OQ Exploration and Production LLC (formerly Oman Oil Company for Exploration and Production LLC) is hereby approved, so that the final shares of the parties to the agreement become as follows:

– 51% for Occidental Oman Block 65 LLC.

– 49% for OQ Exploration and Production LLC.

Article II
