We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry promulgated by Royal Decree 32/2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Ambassador Moosa bin Hamdan bin Moosa Al-Tai, Our ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the Republic of Mali.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and Royal Decree 97/2007 Establishing a Special Grade Named the Supreme Grade,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Sheikh Abdullah bin Shuwain Al-Hosni, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information, is hereby granted the supreme special grade.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
