We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and Royal Decree 86/97 regarding Majlis Oman,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Saud bin Suleiman bin Nasser Al-Habsi is hereby appointed Member of Majlis Al-Dawla.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 1 October 2009.

Based on the Real Estate Rules and Systems for Al-Mouj Muscat Project issued by Ministerial Decision 39/2008,
and the approval of the Ministry of Housing by letter MH/MO/1/18/1132/2009 dated 17 Rajab 1430 corresponding to 14 July 2009,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
Article I
The text of article 15(b) of the aforementioned Real Estate Rules and Systems of Al-Mouj Muscat Project is hereby replaced with the following text:
Delivering the real estate unit to the buyer within 36 months from the date of signing the contract of sale.
Article II
This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the day following the date of its publication.

and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
Ambassador Sheikh Humaid bin Ali bin Sultan Al-Maani, Our ambassador to the Republic of India, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to the following:
– The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
– The Republic of Maldives.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
