We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree 90/99,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The following are hereby appointed Supreme Court Judges:

– Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Nabhani.

– Humood bin Hamad bin Ali Al-Maskari.

– Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Salim Al-Siyabi.

– Abduljalil bin Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Kamali.

– Saleh bin Salim bin Abdullah Al-Rashdi.

– Mohammed bin Salim bin Saif Al-Maani.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Memorandum of Understanding on Mutual Recognition of Hallmarking of Precious Metals and Cooperation in the Field of Standardization and Monitoring Precious Metals and Gemstones Activities between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the State of Qatar signed in Doha on 15 Rabi Al-Awwal 1429, corresponding to 23 March 2008,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The aforementioned memorandum of understanding is hereby ratified.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
