We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and the Convention on Early Notification of a Nuclear Accident,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the aforementioned convention is hereby approved.Article II
Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of accession to the aforementioned convention in accordance with its provisions.Article III
