We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
the Oil and Minerals Law promulgated by Royal Decree 42/74,
and the Petroleum Agreement signed on 12 November 2007 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and RAK Petroleum Oman Block 30 Limited Block 30,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The aforementioned petroleum agreement is hereby approved.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
