Royal Decree 104/2008 Appointing a Secretary General in the Diwan of Royal Court

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law concerning the Employee System of the Diwan of Royal Court promulgated by Royal Decree 97/97,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Engineer Abdullah bin Abbas bin Ahmed is hereby appointed Secretary General of the Diwan of Royal Court with his same grade and financial allocations.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Article I

Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Abdullah Al-Bakri is hereby appointed Minister of Manpower.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
