We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
The Supreme Special Grade is hereby granted to:
– Jumaa bin Rashid bin Said Al-Balushi.
– Engineer Mohsin bin Mohammed bin Ali Al-Sheikh.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
Article I
A special grade is hereby established in the name of the “Supreme Grade” granted by royal decree, and its basic salary and other allocations are determined by orders of His Majesty the Sultan.
Article II
This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.
