after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

Royal Decree 21/2025 Determining the Mandates of the Foreign Ministry,

and the Law of the Diplomatic and Consular Corps issued by Royal Decree 22/2025,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Maitha bint Saif bin Majid Al-Mahrouqiya, Our ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, is hereby appointed a non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Ours to Ukraine.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

and the Statute of the Labour Centre of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

The Statute of the Labour Centre of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation is hereby ratified in the form attached.

Article II

Competent entities shall deposit the instrument of ratification for the mentioned statute in accordance with its provisions.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Maria Viktor Anatoliyevich Argantova is hereby granted Omani nationality and is hereby authorised to dually hold Omani nationality and Russian nationality.
