We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State issued by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Civil Service Law issued by Royal Decree 8/80 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Rashad bin Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Omair Al-Hinai is hereby appointed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports Affairs.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Abdullah bin Saleh bin Saif Al-Yarubi is hereby appointed Member of Majlis Al-Dawla.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

Royal Decree 43/97 Establishing the Oman Establishment for Press, Publication, and Advertising,

and Royal Decree 49/2001 Amending Employment Positions in the Oman Establishment for Press, Publication, and Advertising,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Said bin Khalfan Al-Harthi is hereby transferred from the Oman Establishment for Press, Publication, and Advertising to the Ministry of Information and appointed advisor for media affairs with his same current grade.

Article II

Abdullah bin Nasser bin Musallam Al-Rahbi is hereby appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oman Establishment for Press, Publication, and Advertising with the grade assigned to an undersecretary of a ministry.

Article III

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on the date of its issuance.

have decreed as follows

Omani nationality is hereby granted to:

1. Ali Salim Hussain Al-Bidh.

2. Amr Ali Salim Al-Bidh.

3. Tamani Ali Salim Al-Bidh.

4. Mulki Abdullah Hussain Al-Yahri.

Article II
