Royal Decree 77/2005 Reinstating Omani Nationality

Arabic

We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State promulgated by Royal Decree 101/96,

and the Law Governing Omani Nationality promulgated by Royal Decree 3/83 and its amendments,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows

Article I

Omani nationality is hereby reinstated to Malik bin Sultan bin Said Al-Touqi.

Article II

This decree must be published in the Official Gazette, and comes into force on 23 March 2004.
